Alexander is the author of over 100 articles on law in the media, the author of over 600 articles in the Taxation

Handbook for Legal and Physical Persons. Also, he is the author and the lecturer of the workshops on contract

law, debt collection, and damage recovery.

Vera Potekhinskaya

Head of Judicial Practice

Education: Kazakh State University — 1977

Areas of practice: commercial, corporate, employment law, tax advice, judicial protection. She is the author of

over 150 articles on law in the media, the author of over 3,000 articles in the Taxation Handbook for Legal and

Physical Persons.

Vera is the author and the lecturer of the workshops on employment law and debt collection.

Olga Yegorova

Head of Tax Planning

Education: Samara State Architecture and Construction University — 1997

Areas of practice: taxation and tax planning, pre-trial disputes resolution with tax authorities. She is

the author of over 400 articles on taxation in the media, the author and the lecturer of the workshops
